800 Trees Planted — And Counting

We have reached a new milestone in our reforestation partnership. Two trees for every board.

When we started Tide & Timber, we made a simple promise: for every surfboard we shape, we plant two trees. This week, we planted our 800th tree in partnership with the Schleswig-Holstein Reforestation Initiative.

That is 800 native oaks, beeches, and birches growing across three sites in northern Germany — absorbing carbon, restoring habitat, and ensuring that the forests we take from continue to thrive.

Our goal for 2027: 1,200 trees. Every board you buy helps us get there.
